We carry a large range of products in our store which are not available online but we are continually growing our online range to ensure customers can shop how, where and when they want.

Emporium gift vouchers make fantastic presents for friends and relatives. They are available in multiples of $50 and are available for purchase online.

Placing an order

We always aim to confirm your order asap. If 24hours has passed and you haven’t received an order confirmation email, contact our friendly Customer Service Team who will help you track and confirm your order. You can email them at [email protected]
At this stage, we don’t take phone orders as our focus is to create a premium online shopping experience. Changing or cancelling an order

Delivery

Yes! We are all about making it easy to shop so are pleased to offer Click & Collect services so you can ick up your order if that easier for you.

When you receive notice that your order is ready, call us on 0417 502 465 and we will give you a timeframe for collection. Then simply bring your order confirmation, in either printed or digital form, and your valid photo ID, to the store in Gordon which is located at:

We can ship to most areas in Australia. However, we currently do not ship internationally.
Our normal delivery time in metro is 2-3 days from despatch. Outside metro areas, it is normally 4-5 days from the despatch day.

Orders are normally despatched within 2-3 days where possible.*

*On some occasions, if an item is out of stock or there are high volumes of orders, this could delay the despatch time.
Absolutely, just be sure to place separate orders for each address so that there is no confusion.
Depending on the distance of delivery and dispatch date, you can expect your delivery somewhere within 2-5 days. You will receive tracking emails to help you follow your order.
Like most online purchases, delivery times can vary. However, you will likely receive your package between the hours of 8am to 6pm weekdays.
If you think you may not be available to receive your purchase and there is a safe place to leave, please put this in the additional notes/comments area on the order so that we can instruct the courier.
If your delivery has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please email our friendly Customer Service team on [email protected] who will do their best to help.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

We are happy to refund any items you may have had a change of mind about within 14 days of the purchase providing the item is still in the original packaging and remains undamaged in anyway. Please see our Refund, Returns and Exchange Policy.
Simply email us at [email protected] so we can advise you on the best way to do so or if this is possible.
We want to make the refund process as easy as possible. Taking into account the time it takes for the returned goods to be received back, you can expect the refund to take place within 5-7 business days. Please see our Refund, Returns and Exchange Policy.
While we cannot use your bank statement as proof of purchase, we can certainly use the purchase history of your online account if you have one.
If we have made an error with your delivery, we will absolutely refund the delivery fee. However, if the product is returned due to change of mind, the delivery fee is not refundable. Please see our Refund, Returns and Exchange Policy.
Our items come with guarantees that are covered under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation or any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Where a failure does not amount to a major failure, we are entitled to choose between providing you with a repair, replacement or other suitable remedy. Any cost incurred by you in returning the product will be borne by you. Please see our Refund, Returns and Exchange Policy.
