Using our website or making purchases in-store confirms that you have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions as laid out below and have access to our Shipping and Refund Policies.
The Emporium accepts no responsibility or liability from your use of our website. By deciding to use our website, you will hold The Emporium not liable for any claims, damages, costs, and expenses as a result.
The Emporium holds the right to update and change the website Terms & Conditions without notice and at any time. These updates will take immediate effect, superseding any previous conditions.
GIFT CARD POLICY
The Gift Card minimum amount is $20.00 with a maximum of $1000.00.
Gift card conditions:
No change will be given and any balance that remains on the Gift Card after expiry will not be redeemable, except as required by law. Gift Cards are to be treated as cash by the customer and or receiver.
The Emporium is not responsible for refund or replacement for any damage, theft or loss of the Gift Card once issued.
If purchased online, the Gift Card will be sent by Registered/Express Post and will need to be signed for upon receipt as proof of arrival.
CUSTOMER ORDERS POLICY
Orders can be placed subject to availability at the supplier. If the item can be obtained, The Emporium will notify the customer. A 50% deposit must be paid for the order to be placed. In circumstances which are beyond the control of The Emporium should supply not proceed, the customer will be entitled to a full refund of any deposit paid. There are no returns or refunds on customer orders unless the goods are deemed to have manufacturing defects.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the quoted dimensions and ensure the item can be moved into the customer’s required location with adequate access.
The Emporium will contact the customer when the items are ready for collection or delivery. Delivery charges are in addition to the cost of goods. Final payment will be required prior to collection or delivery.
HOLDS POLICY
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY
The Emporium will consider the return of merchandise in exchange for a credit note providing it is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, has the manufacturer’s tags still attached and with the original receipt within 14 days of purchase.
The return of the following items will not be accepted under any circumstances:
Please note, for returns that meet the criteria above, a credit note for the same value will be issued. This credit note will be valid for 12 months from its date of issue. Please note our credit notes/vouchers cannot be used to purchase online and may only be used instore.
Customers are to return the disputed item in its original condition and packaging at their own expense.
DAMAGES & DEFECTS
Should your online order arrived damaged or be defective, The Emporium must be notified via email within 24 hours of the order being delivered. Please email a full description with supporting photos to [email protected].
If goods are returned damaged or faulty due to manufacturers’ defects, The Emporium will endeavour to repair or replace the goods to the customer’s satisfaction. If this is not possible, a full refund of the purchase price will only then be offered to the customer.
Refunds will only be issued on defective merchandise that cannot be replaced.
CREDIT NOTES POLICY
Credit notes are only for use instore and cannot be used for purchases made online. They are to be redeemed within 12 months of the date of issue. If a customer holds an Emporium credit note, it is to be redeemed before another payment method is applied.

All product information and pricing instore or listed on The Emporium website are correct at time of publishing, however, we hold the right to adjust prices at any time without notice. We cannot be held liable for inaccurate pricing or product information.

However, colours can vary depending on software and computer monitors. We cannot guarantee colours you view online will truly represent the object when seen in daylight.
