Should your online order arrived damaged or be defective, The Emporium must be notified via email within 24 hours of the order being delivered. Please email a full description with supporting photos to
[email protected]If goods are returned damaged or faulty due to manufacturers’ defects, The Emporium will endeavour to repair or replace the goods to the customers satisfaction. If this is not possible, a full refund of the purchase price will be offered to the customer.
Refunds will only be issued on defective merchandise that cannot be replaced.
